Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development Company committed to service excellence
The next time you visit Trinidad and Tobago and wish to access services such as transport, tours or accommodation, look for the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Industry Certification (TTTIC) sign of quality. The TTTIC (pronounced Tee-tick) programme is a national certification tool designed to ensure that tourism operators and service providers in Trinidad and Tobago’s tourism sector uphold and adhere to a prescribed and consistent standard of quality and excellence in their operations.
The Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development Company Ltd (TDC) is firm in its commitment to ensure that every visit to our twin island republic is made a memorable one. Not only should visitors be enamoured with our wonderful sites and attractions, but they should also remember every smile and every encounter that is a reflection of service excellence.
The TTTIC training targets accommodation providers, tour guides and operators, short-term motor vehicle rental operators and land tourist transport service providers. Once training is complete, all participants will receive the TTTIC stamp of approval and visitors are strongly advised to access services from businesses and tourism service providers that prominently display the TTTIC emblem.
The number and category of persons being trained is constantly being expanded to ensure that service levels throughout the industry are elevated to international standards.
